Vimy R/C Model Plans

We received this e-mail message from a site visitor:

Sirs and Gals. A few of your correspondents enquire if flying model kits or plans are available. There is one (radio control) set of plans by the much respected David Boddington published I believe by Nexus in RCM&E magazine, Nexus House, Azalea Drive, Swanley, Kent BR8 8HY, U.K. The prototype was flown in the U.S. at the famous Top Gun event a couple of years ago, and just like Silver Queen she wowed the crowds who came to see the jets. Best of luck for the trans-Atlantic flight. Plenty of landing places in Scotland! — Duncan

Later, Duncan wrote again:

Have checked Nexus plans handbook and confirm plan No, RSQ 1761 is for Vickers FB27a "Vimy," wingspan 104 inches. 4-5 channel r/c, 2x.60 size engines. designed by D. Boddington.
