London to Cape Town Sections Preparations The Trip Educational Project

London to Cape Town Originally planned for 1998, the re-enactment of the London to Cape Town flight was postponed until the summer of 1999. Thanks largely to generous sponsors, an educational project was conducted in conjunction with the flight. In this part of the site, you can learn all about the London to Cape Town flight, from the installation of new BMW engines to the completion of the flight in Cape Town, South Africa.
